Launching AZ’s First “Horseback Property Tours” Division

PHOENIX, AZ — April 1, 2026 — MHG Commercial, the commercial real estate division of My Home Group in Arizona, today announced the official launch of its newest service line: Horseback Property Tours. A bold, immersive way for clients to experience commercial real estate across the Valley.

Designed to bring a more authentic, boots-on-the-ground (or rather, hooves-on-the-ground) approach to property tours, this new offering allows clients to explore land, industrial yards, and large-scale commercial sites on horseback, guided by MHG Commercial brokers.

“Commercial real estate has always been about vision,” said Aaron Dutcher, a spokesperson for MHG Commercial. “And frankly, you just see things differently from the saddle. This is about giving our clients a perspective that’s as expansive as the opportunities we represent.”

The Horseback Property Tours division is expected to roll out across key growth corridors, including the West Valley, where large land parcels and industrial developments continue to shape Arizona’s future. Tours will be tailored to each property, with options ranging from quick ride-throughs to fully guided “range-style” site explorations.

Program highlights include:

• Guided property tours on horseback led by MHG Commercial brokers 
• Access to large-scale land and industrial listings in a way traditional tours can’t match 
• Branded MHG saddles and optional “Dark Horse” riding gear 
• Water stations for both riders and horses (hydration is a priority in the Arizona market) 
• Optional post-tour strategy sessions back at the office or around a fire pit 

The initiative reflects MHG Commercial’s continued commitment to innovation, client experience, and staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving market.
